PRINTING

Offset printing is performed on four Wifag presses equipped at the maximum level allowed by the current development of the printing technologies; all the presses are equipped with:
– Automatic ink pre-setting system
– Automatic cut-off control system
– Automatic color register control system
– Automatic inking and dampening control system,

all the presses are also equipped with an automatic stitching system for Tabloid productions.

FINISHING

Each offset printing press is associated with an articulated finishing and packaging system that, in a completely automatic way, allows the printed products to be handled in many different ways: from the simple standard bundles formation to the creation of complex products consisting of a main product containing up to three inserts, or personalized copies for subscribers – produced by CSQ every night in tens of thousands of copies – or even “hybrid” products made pairing and stitching products coming from the offset presses and covers printed on coated paper in the digital printer.

  • 4 SITMA subscribers lines with ink-jet addressing, inserting, single copy wrapping and automatic bundling according to postal regulations
